Those that plan to attend the social dinner, that will instead take place on Sep 12th, will have to add 40 Euros per person to the payment

2. Pay the conference fee (250 Euros by June 30th 280 later) + 40 Euros/person attending the social dinner. You can pay it:

3. Plan your trip and book your lodging well in advance (it is still summer season in Rome).
4. Register in the Hypernews system in the forums that are of interest to you. This will be the mayor comunication mean for the working groups.
